Pension Value Plan Lump-Sum Buyout Offer for Salaried (NOT IAM) Workers We received questions about Boeing`s announcement of a lump buyout offer for people eligible for the retirement plan (PVP). Remember that the PVP is an annuity for employees and is not part of our collective agreement. As a result, IAM members are not eligible for the PVP. However, some IAM members could have worked in a salaried role in which they might have earned a PVP. We asked whether MAI members who earned an outstanding benefit in the PVP during the pay slip are eligible for this lump sum offer. We are awaiting a response from Boeing and will keep you informed. IAM Union Contract Offers 2% General Wage Increase at Boeing as of September 11, 2015 IAM members working at Boeing benefit from an overall wage increase of 2% (GWI) effective September 11, 2015. Workers at grade A will receive their 2% as a lump sum of each person`s gross salary, as a letter #23 says. See chart below for new maximum rates.

Boeing members on the active payroll on September 11, 2014 (or a leave of 90 days or less) will receive an overall wage increase of 2% effective September 12, 2014.
